Abstract
This article tells the regeneration of four villages in the province of Foggia by advocating for a diversified use of their natural and cultural heritage. The article delves into the participative planning between the University of Foggia and INU and highlights this collaborative activity, quite innovative either to examine how Italian villages have become part of urban transformation and to develop a participative process to enhance the resilience. Because these villages are part of the “Bando Borghi” (call PNNR of 2022), the article provides an insight into the debate of internal areas and for testing the increasing citizen involvement prospects into regeneration practices. Focusing on the rediscovery of local identities, this challenging topic turns on multidisciplinary approaches in the view of the promotion of a diversified use of the cultural heritage.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
