The article deepens the topic of Team-Based Learning (TBL), as a possible teaching method useful for designing learning-teaching processes according to the distinctive features of positive interdependence, work in small groups and cooperative learning. The key constructs of educational guidance, reflexivity in action and teach design are here problematized in a perspective that tries to decline the pedagogical and didactic perspectives.
L’articolo affronta il tema del Team-Based Learning (TBL), quale possibile metodo didattico utile a progettare processi di apprendimento-insegnamento secondo le cifre distintive dell’interdipendenza positiva, del lavoro in piccoli gruppi e dell’apprendimento cooperativo. I costrutti chiave dell’orientamento formativo, della riflessività in azione e della progettazione didattica vengono qui problematizzati in una prospettiva che cerca di declinare la prospettiva pedagogica e quella didattica.
