La Paz Perpetua, el globalismo jurídico y el globalismo político: algunas consideraciones

The Kantian doctrine of cosmopolitanism is the basis of legal globalism, a philosophical and legal doctrine that recognizes in international organizations a valuable tool for world peace. The political-logical perspective and methodology that underlie this work provides a concise reflection on the Kantian hypothesis of world federation, on its influence on the defenders of legal globalism and on the last frontiers of the same, as well as clearly in critiques of these arguments set forth by defenders of the new legal pluralism. Also, the study of different conceptualizations of the idea of peace, which are clearly inserted in the preceding analyses, enriches our theoretical framework, favoring furthermore, a useful basis for trying to draw in our conclusions a reflection about the capacities for handling both today’s complex diplomatic challenges as well as the possibilities for managing and resolving contemporary conflicts.
