The paper will focus on the problem of the protection of personal data of vulnerable subjects - vulnerable data subjects - with particular reference to minors, highlighting the inadequacy of the approach followed by the regulations analyzed and at the same time highlighting the need to extend the protection to other "vulnerable" subjects.

Nell’articolo si analizza il problema della protezione dei dati personali dei soggetti vulnerabili - vulnerable data subjects – con particolare riferimento ai minori, mettendo in rilievo l’insufficienza dell’approccio seguito dalle normative prese in considerazione e nel contempo evidenziando la necessità di estendere la tutela ad altri soggetti ‘vulnerabili’.
