The farm is no longer just a food producer, but also a provider of services such as the protection of the environment and the territory (Senni, 2007). Not just agriculture but a combination of man, environment, nature, landscape and food that intertwine and integrate to give life to the rural system. The value of this new sector in Apulian agriculture is, over time, gaining more and more importance both from the point of view of the increase in value for the farmer and support for social policies in marginal areas (Macrì, 2011; García-Llorente et al., 2016). These business models today represent one of the major vehicles for the dissemination of circular economy practices in rural and inland areas.
