The aim of this paper is to analyze how the working realization, reached by the graduates interviewed by AlmaLaurea interuniversity union, changes across the entire national territory according to regions. At first, in order to estimate such a realization by means of a fuzzy algorithm, we match the importance attributed - before getting the degree- to each of eight aspects of the searched job with the corresponding satisfaction perceived three years later. Then, using a multilevel model, we focus on the influence of first level (relative to graduates) and second level (relative to regions) covariates on the overall working realization.

Abstract
The aim of this paper is to analyze how the working realization, reached by the graduates interviewed by AlmaLaurea interuniversity union, changes across the entire national territory according to regions. At first, in order to estimate such a realization by means of a fuzzy algorithm, we match the importance attributed - before getting the degree- to each of eight aspects of the searched job with the corresponding satisfaction perceived three years later. Then, using a multilevel model, we focus on the influence of first level (relative to graduates) and second level (relative to regions) covariates on the overall working realization.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
