Abstract

The environmental issue has become a major subject of debate also in the field of social sciences. One of the first organic farming businesses in Italy, the company in question has developed a management model in which scientific, technological, and economic knowledge helps to understand the relationship between nature and human beings, in a process of information sharing that involves business partners, stakeholders, and consumers.
