The Report presents the results of a qualitative study conducted from 2012 to 2018, with a phenomenological-hermeneutic research approach, around the TRASE Model. The Report, by a critical-interpretative nature, identifies the elements of strength and innovation that allow the TRASE Model to stand out in the international literature about adult learning in organizations. The study identifies three core-focus as main outcomes of TRASE vision and practises.
